When combined with Villa Verano, a 12-bedroom estate just above the Beach Club, groups of up to 44 may be accommodated. Whether you are planning a multi-couple getaway or a family vacation, this villa offers an unparalleled view of the coastline stretching all the way to the iconic Malecon.

The villa’s unique three-level layout ensures both communal connection and personal privacy:

• Top Level: Features a spacious common area for lounging and a large gourmet kitchen. The patio, equipped with BBQ amenities, serves as the perfect stage for alfresco dining with a view.

• Middle Level: Accessible via a spiral staircase, this floor is dedicated to the Master Bedroom, which includes a private soaking pool for quiet relaxation and a spectacular ocean view.

• Lower Level: Houses two additional ocean view guest bedrooms, providing a comfortable and separate space for children or friends.

• Bathrooms: The villa includes a total of 4 bathrooms, featuring luxury touches like rain showers and outdoor showers.
