The villa spans two levels, with all three spacious, air-conditioned, oceanview guest suites located on the lower level for direct, effortless access to the pool terrace.

Villa McFuego provides an intimate, dramatic backdrop for boutique social gatherings:

• Event Eligibility: Weddings and social events are accepted, but require prior approval and are subject to an additional event fee/policy.

• Capacity: The villa strictly sleeps a maximum of 6 guests overnight (up to 2 guests per bedroom).

• Neighboring Option: For slightly larger event parties, Villa McFuego can be rented jointly with its neighboring sister property, Villa Azul Celeste, creating a seamless 6-bedroom oceanfront estate.

• Restrictions: Student groups, spring breakers, or bachelor-party-style events are strictly prohibited. Smoking is allowed in exterior terrace areas only.
