Villa Marea Baja is a luxurious, 5,000-square-foot beachfront oasis located on the swimmable shores of Amapas Beach in the Conchas Chinas neighborhood of Puerto Vallarta. Designed by AD 100 architect Peter Bowman, this private estate seamlessly blends romantic Spanish-Moroccan style with modern luxury.

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests (ideal for 8 adults and 2 children) across four air-conditioned bedrooms:

• Bedroom 1 (Upper Level): Features a King-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom with custom ceramic tiles and Mexican marble, and a private terrace offering sweeping ocean views.

• Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): Includes a King-size bed plus a Single trundle bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a private terrace with panoramic ocean views.

• Bedroom 3 (Upper Level Master): Equipped with a King-size bed and a Double trundle bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a private terrace boasting a partial ocean view.

• Bedroom 4 (Lower Level): A smaller room best suited for teenagers or a single adult, featuring an XL Twin bed and an XL Twin trundle bed with an en-suite bathroom.

Strict Event Policy Note: Villa Marea Baja is maintained strictly as a tranquil, private residential home. According to rental regulations, no events, large parties, weddings, bachelor parties, or student groups are permitted on the property.
