Entering through antique Mexican doors, Villa Amapas South is the expansive sister property to Villa Amapas North. Spanning four distinct levels of dramatic beachfront luxury, this estate features dramatic stonework walls, soaring palapa-style vaulted ceilings, and curated museum-quality contemporary art. Located directly on the soft sands of Amapas Beach, it balances ultimate tropical privacy with close proximity to the Zona Romantica.

The villa offers up to five uniquely decorated suites, specifically configured to maximize spatial privacy across multiple levels.

• Bedroom 1 (Poolside Master – Main Level): Features a King-size bed and opens directly onto the main pool terrace through wide sliding glass doors. Guests wake up to eye-level, unobstructed views of the heated infinity pool and the crashing waves of Banderas Bay. Features a spacious ensuite bathroom and a safe.

• Bedroom 2 (Principal Master Suite – Upper Level): Features a King-size bed positioned on a dedicated upper floor. This room boasts elevated, panoramic ocean vistas, a expansive private terrace, an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and standalone shower, satellite TV, and a safe.

• Bedroom 3 (Guest Master – Upper Level): Features Two Queen-size beds. Ideal for couples or families, this corner room provides sweeping, elevated ocean views, a private wrap-around terrace, and an ensuite bathroom.

• Bedroom 4 (The "Kids/Family Room" – Third Level): Originally designed by the architect for maximum privacy, this elevated room features One Queen-size bed and Two Twin/Single day-beds (sleeping up to 4). It looks out over the coastline with extensive partial ocean and beach vistas and includes an ensuite bathroom.

• Bedroom 5 (Optional Garden Flex Suite – Street Level): Features Two Twin/Single beds (which can be zipped into a King). Located near the walled estate entrance off the interior courtyard, this room looks onto a quiet, lush tropical jungle courtyard garden. (Note: This room has a garden/partial view and does not match the grand ocean scale of the other rooms; it is rented as a 5th-bedroom add-on).
