The villa features three primary luxury suites—all boasting unobstructed, panoramic vistas of Banderas Bay and the Pacific Ocean—plus an optional, private fourth flex room.

• Bedroom 1 (Primary Master Suite – Upper Level): Features a King-size bed framed by an intricate custom iron sculpture. This suite offers breathtaking, elevated views of the heated infinity pool and the entire ocean expanse. It includes a large private terrace, a master ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and standalone shower, satellite TV, and a personal safe.

• Bedroom 2 (Guest Master Suite – Upper Level): Features Two Queen-size beds, making it ideal for families. It provides expansive, sweeping ocean views, a private oceanfront terrace, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a personal safe.

• Bedroom 3 (Studio Suite – Ground/Pool Level): Features a King-size bed with direct, step-out access to the main pool terrace. It boasts stunning, eye-level ocean views of the surf crashing below, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a personal safe.

• Bedroom 4 (Optional Flex Room – Entrance Level): Features Two Twin/Single beds (which can be converted into a King). This room looks out onto a peaceful, lush interior garden and courtyard. It includes an ensuite bathroom and a private entrance, making it a quiet reading retreat or an ideal setup for teenagers or staff. (Note: This room does not have an ocean view).
