About This Villa
Casa Salinas II is an elegant, 14,000-square-foot, 6 bedroom, contemporary multi-level villa. Guests enter through an antique door from India into a modern space outfitted with an elevator to access all four floors.
The villa accommodates up to 12 guests. All rooms are air-conditioned with private en-suite bathrooms.
4 Main Bedrooms: Equipped with King beds, private balconies/terraces, and stellar ocean views.
2 Guest Casitas: Located slightly apart from the main house (great for young adults or teens), featuring Single/Twin beds with garden/property views.
The villa provides a seamless indoor-outdoor luxury experience with top-tier staffing and amenities:
Heated Infinity Pools: Each villa features its own private heated pool overlooking the beach and bay (Casa Salinas I includes a wheelchair-accessible pool ramp).
The Staff (6 Days a Week): Includes a dedicated English-speaking house manager (Juan), houseman, maid, and a private cook who prepares up to three meals daily (breakfast, lunch, and dinner; guests cover the cost of groceries).
Private Sand Beach Platform: Steps away from the pool patios, featuring lounge chairs, setups for beachside BBQs, and candlelight beach dinners. Water sports (scuba, jet skiing, snorkeling) can arrange boat pickups right from the sand.
Modern Comforts: On-site fitness gyms, high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV, water purification systems throughout, and free Vonage calls to the US/Canada.
Casa Salinas I & II are an ideal backdrop for milestone events.
Capacity: When rented together, the properties offer 15 combined bedrooms to sleep up to 30 overnight guests and can host larger groups for gatherings.
Permitted Events: Perfect for destination weddings, multi-generational family reunions, and anniversaries.
Event Guidelines: Small weddings and celebrations that can be handled by the internal, expert villa staff are highly welcomed. For event security, peace of mind, and property regulations, student groups and wild bachelor/bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited.

It was absolutely fabulous! Above & beyond expectations in every way. Juan is just fantastic! I know my friend, will be in touch about renting the house sometime this Winter. And we will definitely be back!!!

Juan was great, very helpful when we needed him without being overbearing. He was informative and responsive to our needs and did a great job coordinating our stay. Yede(?) was absolutely fantastic, she helped in coordinating taxis, the boat ride, etc when we needed help. She was really friendly and spoke very good English, which was helpful. Everyone just adored her. Some of the best Mexican food we’ve ever had! Such a lot of effort was put into preparing and presenting every meal, and they were great at accommodating food allergies as well. With food like this there is no reason to leave the villa at all! My New Favorite Place in the World
I can’t say enough about CASA SALINAS II. The staff, the location, the comfort, there is too much to say. Everything is taken care of from arrival to departure. The food is better than anything you can find elsewhere (prepared by a private chef), the view is one of those picturesque things that makes you smile when you wake up. The sound of the 80 degree ocean rolling on your private beach. A beautifully kept heated pool…ahhh… I want to go back now. Thanks to the Casa Salinas staff for a perfect week, and for such a reasonable price compared to the other larger villas that we shopped for.
