About This Villa
Casa Salinas I is an expansive, 18,000-square-foot, 9 bedroom villa featuring a dramatic open-air living and dining room housed under a towering, traditional palapa roof. The villa accommodates up to 18 guests. All bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and safes.
7 Bedrooms (including Master): Equipped with King beds, offering direct, panoramic ocean views.
1 Bedroom: Equipped with Two Twin beds (which can be converted into a King), offering an ocean view.
1 Bedroom: Equipped with Two Double beds, offering peaceful garden views.
The villa provides a seamless indoor-outdoor luxury experience with top-tier staffing and amenities:
Heated Infinity Pools: Each villa features its own private heated pool overlooking the beach and bay (includes a wheelchair-accessible pool ramp).
The Staff (6 Days a Week): Includes a dedicated English-speaking house manager (Juan), houseman, maid, and a private cook who prepares up to three meals daily (breakfast, lunch, and dinner; guests cover the cost of groceries).
Private Sand Beach Platform: Steps away from the pool patios, featuring lounge chairs, setups for beachside BBQs, and candlelight beach dinners. Water sports (scuba, jet skiing, snorkeling) can arrange boat pickups right from the sand.
Modern Comforts: On-site fitness gyms, high-speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV, water purification systems throughout, and free Vonage calls to the US/Canada.
Casa Salinas I & II are an ideal backdrop for milestone events.
Capacity: When rented together, the properties offer 15 combined bedrooms to sleep up to 30 overnight guests and can host larger groups for gatherings.
Permitted Events: Perfect for destination weddings, multi-generational family reunions, and anniversaries.
Event Guidelines: Small weddings and celebrations that can be handled by the internal, expert villa staff are highly welcomed. For event security, peace of mind, and property regulations, student groups and wild bachelor/bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited.

Things To Do:
Thank you, we had a lovely time and the home worked very well for our family. We loved the private beach, the kids were on it all day. Juan and staff were wonderful and very accommodating for my son. We will definitely keep this Villa in mind for future vacations to Puerto Vallarta. Also, thank you so much for your help with my son’s needs, you were the reason I choose this home to stay in.
