Casa La Villita is a boutique estate located in lower Conchas Chinas in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, situated just 25 meters from the beach and 1 mile from Old Town. Designed in traditional Mexican architecture with colorful artisan details, the property accommodates up to 30 overnight guests across 18,000 square feet, 14 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms.

• Pool & Outdoor Lounging: Heated swimming pool, a 10-person hot tub, 20 single sun loungers, 1 double sun lounger, beach entrance shower, and provided beach umbrellas and beach chairs.

• Dining & Entertaining: Dining capacity for 30 guests, an outdoor artisan gas BBQ, Sonos sound system, Apple TV, Nintendo Wii, free Wi-Fi across 3 lines, and a guest computer.

• Events: Outdoor event space hosting up to 100 seated or 150 standing guests, as well as a private air-conditioned event room.

• Recreation & Wellness: 4 kayaks for guest use, yoga mats, and the ability to arrange on-site yoga classes, Zumba classes, and spa services.

• Staff Services: Fully staffed including a Guest Services Manager, Chef, Waiter/Bartender, and Housekeeping (Monday through Saturday).
