Named after the lone palm on the most private beach in Punta Mita, Palmasola is a spectacular, luxurious, and extremely secluded beachfront estate located within the confines of the exclusive gated community of Punta Mita.  This one-of-a-kind compound is within an hour drive to Puerto Vallarta and has privileges at the adjacent Four Seasons Resort, which includes a Jack Nicholas Signature golf course, private beach club, and a full spa.

This 25,000 square foot estate is comprised of eleven beautifully designed structures in a tropical village-like setting. A three bedroom Master Residence, a four bedroom Guest Residence can comfortably accommodate up to up to 14 guests in a total of 7 suites. With a full time staff of ten, including a chef, chauffeur, concierge and 24 hour security personnel, the level of service for guests at Palmasola is uncompromising and intended to make for a most memorable and pleasant visit. Airport pick-up and drop-off is included, and chauffeured trips outside Punta Mita are also offered upon request.  There are also two golf carts on the property for personal use within Punta Mita.

There are many amenities at Palmasola for you to enjoy including a full fitness center, business center, private beach, fire pit, children ’s beach toys, windsurfing equipment, custom Palmasola bath products, Palmasola bathrobes, triple process water purification system and many more.

The all-inclusive rate includes the use of 7 bedrooms in the Main Residence and Guest Residence, the staff, all meals, snacks, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. All rates are subject to 15% Value Added Tax and 3% Lodging Tax. On special request, there are two one-bedroom garden apartments that can accommodate an additional 4 guests at an extra cost.
